• Prescription services sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.
2. Availability
Telemedicine services are available 7 days a week, subject to provider availability.
Appointments are required to access services and are provided based on the availability of our licensed healthcare professionals.
3. Use of Telemedicine
Telemedicine appointments are conducted remotely and require a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of telemedicine as a means of receiving healthcare.
4. Prescription Services
UrgentFit Health providers can evaluate your condition and send prescriptions to your designated pharmacy when medically necessary.
All prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the licensed healthcare provider and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Eligibility
Telemedicine services are available to individuals who meet the following criteria:
You must be 18 years or older or have parental/legal guardian consent.
You must provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process.
6. Limitations of Services
UrgentFit Health telemedicine services are intended for minor urgent care and wellness support only.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. For life-threatening emergencies, dial 911 or seek immediate in-person medical attention.
7. Payment and Fees
Fees for services will be disclosed during the booking process. Payment is required prior to your appointment unless otherwise specified.
Refunds are not provided for completed consultations or prescriptions.
